317 & 318 Series - Locking Pin CB Type Self Tapping Inserts

Product Details

The 317 & 318 series self tapping inserts have an internal and external thread with cutting bores and an additional groove for a parallel notched pin. This pin is inserted after the insert is installed and ensures extreme torsional resistance and anti-vibration performance. Suitable for installation in materials such as aluminium alloys, magnesium alloys, duroplastics and most thermoplastics.

Available in steel or stainless steel.
