357 & 358 Series - Sealed Chip Bore Closed End Type Self Tapping Inserts

Product Details

The 357 & 358 series self tapping inserts have an internal and external thread and SEALED cutting bores which act as 'chip reservoirs' and also a CLOSED END. This means none of the chips created in the self tapping installation process, can potentially enter the finished component.

The closed end design can also prevent too long a screw fastener being inserted and causing damage.

Available in steel, stainless steel or brass.
